VOLO Health

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

By using the Volo Health app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Volo Health is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("Volo Health", "we", "us").

Eligibility

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old to create an account and use Volo Health.

Accounts

Subscription and billing

Volo Health is moving to a paid subscription. Once paid subscriptions launch, the following applies:

Not medical advice

The Volo Health app is a personal tracking tool. The information it shows — calorie targets, water suggestions, workout plans, and recipes or workouts written by other members — is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen, especially if you have any medical condition.

What other members share

Recipes and workouts in the app are written by other members, not by Volo Health. We provide the software; we do not review, endorse, or verify what members publish, and nobody who posts a recipe or a workout is your coach or your medical provider.

Acceptable use

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the app. You give Volo Health a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of running the service for you. Recipes and workouts you add to the shared banks are visible to every other member, and you give other members a license to view and use them within the app for as long as they're posted — and, for a recipe or workout another member has already planned, logged or built on, for as long as they keep using it, even after you remove it or delete your account (it is then shown as by "Former member").

Recipes and workouts in collections and publications. A recipe or workout you submit to the shared banks is still yours. As a condition of submitting it, you also give Volo Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt (format and edit it for publication), display, publish and distribute it — including in collections, displays, articles and books, in any medium, and commercially (for example, in a book that is sold).

[Legal review: this clause, like the rest of these terms, is to be reviewed and finalized by counsel]

Service availability

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, or interrupt the service for maintenance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. You can cancel your subscription and stop using the app at any time, and can export your data or delete your account yourself from Settings (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and what it keeps for other members).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volo Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. [LIABILITY CAP / EXCLUSIONS — jurisdiction-specific terms to be finalized by counsel]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
